Tandoori Recipes are one of the most delicious recipes that have captured the tastes of major part of food lovers in the world. Paneer Stuffed Tandoori Roti or Cheese Stuffed Tandoori Bread is mostly made in clay ovens called the tandoor. However, you can also make it in a simple cooker without a tandoor with the same flavor and taste. The filling of cottage cheese within the tandoori bread makes it delicious when served with butter and some non-spicy dishes.

Konkani Cabbage

Konkani Cabbage is one of the easiest and delicious recipes of cabbage. This was the best cabbage recipe I had when I went to visit Alibaug, a konkan coast in Maharashtra. A true Maharastrian recipe with a balance of spices and very less oil. You get the flavor of each spice and cabbage, and coconut in it adds a glamorous look and delicious taste to it. Konkani Cabbage is a recipe originally from the Konkan coast where you will find coconut being used in most of the dishes and each dish will taste yummy!!

Shahi Paneer is one of the most liked and famous recipes of Paneer (Cottage Cheese) in India. Shahi itself resembles ‘Royal’ and the recipe too contains rich stuff to be enjoyed. The Shahi Paneer recipes have been modified over the past few years with different ways, but found one of the easiest ways in a recipe book and tried it. It was one of the best taste of Shahi Paneer as compared to the different ways I had tried earlier. The recipe takes very less time to prepare and is delicious too.

Chili Indian Corn

In Veg Main Courses On September 5, 2011 4 Comments

This was an experiment with the Indian Corns which I sowed in my garden and they did not grow well. However, when I checked them some of them were greenish in color and soft enough to cook. So, picked up the Indian Baby Corns to experiment and make a new recipe of my own. Mixed the Indian stuff to give a chinese taste and it worked. The corn lovers will love this recipe for sure. The recipe is fibrous, easy to cook and healthy to eat!!
