This was an experiment with the Indian Corns which I sowed in my garden and they did not grow well. However, when I checked them some of them were greenish in color and soft enough to cook. So, picked up the Indian Baby Corns to experiment and make a new recipe of my own. Mixed the Indian stuff to give a chinese taste and it worked. The corn lovers will love this recipe for sure. The recipe is fibrous, easy to cook and healthy to eat!!
