However, you can also make it in a simple cooker without a tandoor with the same flavor and taste. Konkani Cabbage is one of the easiest and delicious recipes of cabbage. This was the best cabbage recipe I had when I went to visit Alibaug, a konkan coast in Maharashtra. A true Maharastrian recipe with a balance of spices and very less oil. You get the flavor of each spice and cabbage, and coconut in it adds a glamorous look and delicious taste to it. Konkani Cabbage is a recipe originally from the Konkan coast where you will find coconut being used in most of the dishes and each dish will taste yummy!!

Chili Indian Corn

In Veg Main Courses On September 5, 2011 4 Comments

This was an experiment with the Indian Corns which I sowed in my garden and they did not grow well. However, when I checked them some of them were greenish in color and soft enough to cook. So, picked up the Indian Baby Corns to experiment and make a new recipe of my own. Mixed the Indian stuff to give a chinese taste and it worked. The corn lovers will love this recipe for sure. The recipe is fibrous, easy to cook and healthy to eat!!
